Maxasorb Melatonin Review6:50 PM
Im not going to lie its been a while since my last post, my life got turned upside down again, in a good way of course. Since you last heard from me I have moved once again into a more permanent residence... don't worry still in Manhattan (you would have to drag me out kicking and screaming). I now live with my boyfriend and life has become so much more stable than in 2014.
I will say, it takes a lot getting used to living with a significant other. I have learned so much more about myself in the last month and a half than I have of him. One of the things that I have realized is sleeping is not my strong suite, I love it but I'm just not that good at it. I have spent one too many nights rolling around in bed trying to get the recommended 8 hours of sleep. So you can only imagine when I heard Vita Sciences was sending free samples of their Maxasorb Melatonin to review I had to jump on it.
I have used Melatonin a few years now here and there, but nothing ever like this. Maxasorb Melatonin is in a form of a cream (yea you heard me... cream) that you rub onto your arms or legs prior to going to sleep. Each pump registers just enough dosage for 1 night with the bottle containing about 60 pumps.
The scentless (completely and utterly scentless) cream glides on easily containing aloe vera and vitamin E. It leaves no sticky or even oily residue and moments after you apply it its as if its not there at all. Maxasorb Melatonin uses only natural safe ingredients which really was the icing on top of the cake.
So my experience? I have tried this product for 3 weeks now using it several times and i must say I am pleasantly surprised. Maxasorb Melatonin did not make me loopy like melatonin pills have in the past, it makes sleeping feel much more natural. I don't wake up 8-10 times a night tossing and turning when I use this product, and falling asleep happens much quicker. This product did everything it claimed it would:
-Decrease the time it takes to fall asleep for the night
-Increase sleep duration
With sleep being so essential for a healthy lifestyle, why do we not reach for help when we need it here and there. For about $20 this is a great product to have in the medicine cabinet when you are having a little insomniac moment, or are suffering from jet lag. I plan on traveling to San Diego next month and this will most definitely be in my bag for the plane.
